SOUTH WINDSOR — Here are the weekend arrests made by South Windsor police.
Dec. 20
A South Windsor man was charged with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening on Friday. Marcelo R. Campos, 38, was arrested on the domestic violence related charges after an incident that day. Campos fled the scene prior to police arrival, but later returned and was arrested after a warrant was obtained. Campos posted a $100,000 surety bond and was to appear in Manchester Superior Court on
Monday, according to a report.

Dec. 22
On Sunday at 8:30 a.m., South Windsor officers arrested Eric A. Anderson, 35, of 434 North Pleasant St., Amherst, MA, for failure to appear in the second degree, according to a report. Anderson's charge stems from a larceny in 2013. Anderson subsequently failed to appear on those charges, resulting in this arrest, police said.
