Police closed Buckland Road at the Route 30 (4-corners) intersection in South Windsor just before 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday due to a loose power line blowing in the road, Chief Matthew Reed posted on Twitter.
Traffic is being detoured, according to Reed, who also reported that a tree came down on Chapel Road at Route 30 (Ellington Rd) in South Windsor. He said traffic was slowed but still moving by.
