Man Busted In South Windsor On Heroin Dealing Charges: Report

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - A Hartford man was arrested on charges of attempting to sell 60 bags of heroin to an undercover officer, The Journal-Inquirer reported. Alvin Maldonado, 35, was charged with possession and sale of heroin, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, and possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

Maldonado has three outstanding arrest warrants for drug charges, according to The Journal-Inquirer. He remains in custody on $300,000 bond and will appear in Manchester Superior Court May 17.
