Mariano Rivera, 29, of 127 Clark St., was charged with risk of injury to a minor, illegal sexual contact with a minor, and first-degree sexual assault. He was held on a surety bond and will be presented at Manchester Superior Court later today.

He was awarded by Mayor Moran of Manchester, CT for protecting the Monarch Butterflies through the Mayor's Monarch Pledge! He has a heart to teach kids and adults about the environment and conservation through books and experiences that both young and old can participate in and help protect the environment!
