Man Harassed Woman with Vulgar Text Messages: South Windsor Police

South Windsor Police have charged a Waterbury man with harassing a woman with vulgar text messages in February.

Paul Hychko, 24, of 8 Elaina Circle in Waterbury, was arrested July 22 on a warrant and charged with second-degree harassment.

Police said Hychko’s charge stems from a February complaint by a local resident that she had received vulgar text messages from Hychko. Officers later obtained an arrest warrant for Hychko, which was served on Wednesday.

Hychko was processed and held on a $1,000 surety bond. Hychko was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Thursday morning.
