Man Hits Woman With Plate, Flees With Debit Card in South Windsor: Cops

He was arrested Monday on a warrant, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A man hit a woman with a plate and is now facing charges, police said.

On Monday, South Windsor officers arrested Ronald Fuller, age 54, of 643 Pleasant Valley Road, South Windsor, an arrest report indicates.

He was charged with second-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft and disorderly conduct, police said.

Fuller was held on $100,000 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court later on Monday morning, police said.

Fuller’s charges stem from a January 2017 domestic dispute in which Fuller allegedly struck a woman in the face with a plate and left the home with her victims debit card.

Officers were unable to locate Fuller that night and later obtained an arrest warrant for him which was served Monday.
