Man Possessed Stolen Motorcycle From South Windsor: Naugatuck Police

Police say the accused attempted to leave the area on the motorcycle.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Waterbury man is accused of being in possession of a stolen motorcycle from South Windsor and attempted to leave on the motorcycle when a Naugatuck police approached him, police said. At 9:55 p.m. on Sept. 23 a police officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation in the parking lot on New Haven Road, police said.

When Marvis Blash, 27, of Ives Street, was approached by the officer, the accused attempted to leave on the motorcycle, police said. During the investigation it was determined the motorcycle was stolen out of South Windsor, police said.

He was released on a $2,500 bond and is charged with third-degree larceny, disobeying signal of an officer, and several motor vehicle violations.
