Man Stole Co-Worker's Backpack: South Windsor Police
The man was arrested on a warrant for the incident.

South Windsor police have charged a Hartford man with allegedly stealing a co-worker’s backpack.
Police arrested Anastacio Vargas, 39, of 102 Francis Avenue, on a warrant on June 13 and charged him with sixth-degree larceny.
Police said the arrest stems from a 2014 larceny at a Rye Street business in which he’s accused of stealing a co-worker’s backpack.

Vargas was released on a $3,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court.
