Meet South Windsor Police At National Night Out

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor Police Department will host its 2026 National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Nevers Road Park.

The family-friendly event is scheduled for 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the park, located at 2 Nevers Road. It is billed as an opportunity for residents and police to spend time together in the community.

Businesses interested in donating to the event can contact Patrick Kelley at patrick.kelley@southwindsor-ct.gov, according to the department’s announcement.

National Night Out is a nationwide community-building campaign held annually on the first Tuesday in August to encourage partnerships between residents and law enforcement, according to the National Association of Town Watch.
