More Than 1 Pound Of Pot Seized In South Windsor/Manchester Raid

SOUTH WINDSOR/MANCHESTER — Authorities nabbed more than a pound of pot as a Manchester drug investigation extended into South Windsor, police said.

On Wednesday, Manchester detectives with assistance from the East Central Narcotics Task Force, executed a search warrant at 48 Tudor Hill Road in South Windsor, according to a report. The search warrant was based on a Manchester incident that had occurred earlier in the week, police said.

During a search, 1.2 pounds of marijuana were seized from the Dujuan Hines at the home in South Windsor, along with an undisclosed amount of cash and electronics, police said.

Hines, 24, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and operating a drug factory, according to a report.
