National Bank To Open First Area Branch In South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - JPMorgan Chase Bank is slated to open its first branch in the area in South Windsor, according to the Journal-Inquirer. An application has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to build a 3,500-square-foot branch at Evergreen Walk.

Chase is the largest bank in the U.S. It has branches in other parts of the state but not in north-central Connecticut.

Chase has plans to open 60 retail branches and 130 ATMs in greater Boston and New England over the next five years, the Journal-Inquirer reported.
