National Retailer May Open South Windsor Store
A big box retailer is considering a new location.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - Costco is eyeing opening a new store at Evergreen Walk, The Hartford Business Journal reported. The project is expected to cost $42 million and would be built on a 16-acre property at 100 Cedar Ave., behind LA Fitness.
The membership-only warehouse currently has locations in six Connecticut towns. Costco is exploring options for a tax-fixing agreement with the Town of South Windsor.
