New Brewery Coming To South Windsor

A new brewery is coming to South Windsor with a target opening date of next summer, according to the Hartford Courant.

The Courant reports owners Steve Palauskas and Todd Sullivan are getting ready to break ground on a 15,000-square-foot facility on Sullivan Avenue for their Connecticut Valley Brewing Co., which will feature a brewery and tasting room.

Sullivan told the Courant that South Windsor was a prime location for the brewery, which will feature 12 year-round brews.
