New Developments Coming To South Windsor
Four new developments are coming to South Windsor, including a new soccer training facility and a Coca-Cola sales center.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - The town's grand list will continue to expand with several new developments in the works, according to the Hartford Courant. New projects include:
Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community: The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk project will cost $30 million and include 128 units.

Cumberland Farms: The 797 John Fitch Blvd. (Route 5) project includes a 4,956-square-foot store and gas pumps. It's scheduled for a planning and zoning commission hearing Jan. 8.
Coca Cola Bottling Co.: The company is planning on building a $42-million sales center at 325 and 329 Ellington Road.

South Windsor Soccer Training Center: This 3600-square-foot building at 1265 and 1257 John Fitch Blvd. will serve as a year-round soccer training facility.
