A "Coming Soon" sign in front of 855-A Sullivan Avenue heralds the imminent arrival of Oscar's All American Grill. A corporate filing with the Connecticut Secretary of the State's office indicates Oscar's All American Grill LLC was incorporated on May 9 of this year, with Roberto Rostro listed as officer/agent.
Rostro is also listed in state records as licensee for the nearby Mexicali Fresh Mex Grill.
