New Town Manager Begins Work In South Windsor
A new town manager has begun his work in South Windsor.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor's new town manager, Mike Maniscalco, officially began work this week.
He spent even years in East Hampton, officials said.
Maniscalco, takes over from retiring town manager Matt Galligan, who was in town for 23 years.
