Pallet Falls On Worker At South Windsor Home Depot Distribution Center
A worker was hurt in an accident involving a pallet in South Windsor, police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A worker at the South Windsor Home Depot Distribution Center was seriously hurt by a falling pallet Tuesday, police said.
The accident took place just before 4 p.m., police said. The center is located at 360 Ellington Drive.
Police said the worker suffered "severe head trauma" and was breathing when responders arrived, although not responsive.

The worker was transported to Hartford Hospital, police said.
The federal Occupation Safety and Health Administration arrived at the scene to investigate, police said.
