Skateboards & Pickleballs: Two South Windsor Parks Reopen
Rye Street Park pickleball courts and the Nevers Park Skate Park are now open in South Windsor.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Two outdoor recreation spots in South Windsor are now open again after town crews cleared them for public use.
South Windsor Parks & Recreation announced that the pickleball courts at Rye Street Park have been cleared and are now available for play. The department also confirmed the Nevers Park Skate Park, located at 150 Nevers Road, has been cleared and reopened for skating.
Officials thanked the town’s Parks Crew for preparing the facilities so residents can return to enjoying the parks.
