Police Investigating South Windsor Shooting

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police are investigating a Friday shooting on South Windsor.

At about 1 p.m. on Friday, South Windsor officers were dispatched to an assault complaint at a Gorski Drive home.

Officers found a man at the home with a gunshot wound to the leg and he was transported to Hartford Hospital for what is believed to be non-life threatening injury, police said.

Investigators were at the scene into the later part of the afternoon and and police said there is no danger to the general public.
