Public Hearing Slated On New South Windsor Retail/Office Park

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A public hearing on a proposed mixed retail and office development on Buckland Road has been scheduled for July 14 by the South Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission.

An application submitted by The Gateway Buckland East, LLC calls for approximately 38,880 square feet of retail space and 50,400 square feet of office space, on property located at 218, 240 and 274 Buckland Road.
