Puerto Rico Collections Taking Place in South Windsor TODAY

Local residents who want to help with the devastation in Puerto Rico will be flocking to South Windsor on Monday, October 9th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The South Windsor Democratic Committee will be collecting donations at Democratic Headquarters (965 Sullivan Ave. near Geissler's). This will be an opportunity to meet leaders of the Puerto Rican community and hear, first hand, about relief efforts. Yanil Teron will be on hand to give updates.

We will be working with elected officials in Puerto Rico to distribute items such as water purification devices, LED flashlights and sanitary pads and diapers.
