Warehouse And Distribution Center Proposed For Manchester Parcel

MANCHESTER, CT — A warehouse and distribution center has been proposed for a parcel of land in Manchester near Interstate 291.

The targeted parcel is 71 & 81 Commerce Road.

The plans call for the warehouse to measure 144,074 square feet. According to a project diagram, the warehouse would occupy the center of the property and parking and docks would be spread on the perimeter.

Planning and Zoning Commission applications have been submitted for a special exception, an erosion and sedimentation control plan and a wetlands permit.
