The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it. *
The town is doing a great job in Commercial expansion (Economic Development) and a great job at expanding open spaces (land preservation.) But the changes in land use, while providing economic and social benefits, may generate inefficient land use patterns. As a town manager I will advocate for a more thorough development impact assessment that strikes the balance between the changes of use of our land in order to protect forests, farmlands, open spaces and the environment while increasing home owners’ property value and our health.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am tireless, objective and compassionate. I make my decisions using non biased facts and I am sensitive to the needs of our community. I am also fully committed to the well being of our town and as such I am heavily involved in using tools to reach out to South Windsor residents to share information on nutrition, relaxation, physical activity among other topics related to a healthy lifestyle.

The Town Council and Town manager set the direction for our town and to accomplish this we need the help of the town commissions. As a town council member, I will advocate for a unified approach to town development where councils and town manager set the goals and synchronize with commissions to execute and advance these goals in benefit of environmental protection, increased property values and a healthier and inclusive community.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I have lead diverse teams on two continents in the development and execution of Business Intelligence products used to manage the health of multi billion dollar portfolios. I have accomplished this by driving a work culture of inclusion, innovation, risk taking and by providing my customers and constituents with world class service while being fiscally responsible with the budgets I have been assigned.
The best advice ever shared with me was ...
One voice can make a difference.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
As a town councilor I have had the opportunity to interact with others in the council and have learned from their expertise. I feel extremely honored to have been appointed to this position and believe I have always acted with the interest of the South Windsor residents in mind.
