South Windsor's 1st annual Apple Harvest Festival will celebrate the fall season on Sunday, October 2nd at the Nevers Park Rotary Pavilion from 11am to 4pm. The festival will feature dozens of crafters selling handmade items including jewelry, soaps, lotions, quilts, embroidered items & candles. Food for sale will include apple pie a la mode, apple cinnamon doughnuts, fresh popped kettle corn, local honey, breads, tea and other specialty foods. There will be face painting & pony rides for the kids along with a talent showcase featuring musicians, hip hop and Irish step dancers.
