Joshua B. Burgos, 28, of 928 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:52 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 7

Laura C. Primavera, 40, of 166 Scott Dr., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:22 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Jeffrey J. Marino, 51, of 70 Brookfield St., South Windsor, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 5:20 a.m.

Jason O. Vega, 41, of 37 Lefoll Blvd., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and interfering with an officer, 8:09 p.m.
