Frank J. Sorgio-Gionfriddo, 26, of 16 Seymour Rd., Granby, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, misuse of marker plate, failure to obey stop sign and second-degree failure to appear, 5:45 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 16

Alberto J. Agosto, 30, of 1526 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 2:06 a.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 19

Rayon O. Samuels, 34, of 33 Mountain St., Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, 4:47 p.m.
