Antonio M. Dasilva, 49, of Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:13 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 13

Charez L. Mason, 39, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint, 2:55 a.m.

Sunday, Aug. 14

Justen R. Gemme-Wilburn, 23, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order, 9:52 a.m.

Monday, Aug. 15

Israel Sances-Vilchis, 44, of New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and driving the wrong way on a divided highway, 10:19 p.m.
