Anthony D. Torres, 18, of 80 Union St., Vernon, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, operating without a license, failure to display plates and misuse of marker plates, 11:08 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 31

Torcy S. Johnson, 27, of 70-E Wilson St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:13 a.m.

Louis W. Laguardia, 45, of 35 Woodside Dr., South Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 9:47 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 1

James E. Nasiatka, 55, of 60 Roosevelt Blvd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 1:40 p.m.
