Friday, Dec. 2

Michael I. Luciano, 20, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree sexual assault (five counts), illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16 (five counts) and risk of injury to a child, 6:25 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 3

Patricia L. Hendrickson, 68, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:03 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

Jorge Febus, 44, of Meriden, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license and operating without insurance, 8:50 p.m.

Jerry S. Lopez, 48, of New Britain, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia ,fourth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and violation of probation (five counts), 8:50 p.m.
