Thursday, Dec. 29

Hector I. Hernandez, 36, of East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance, 12:31 p.m.

Jeffrey S. Walker, 34, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, drinking while driving, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to move/slow for emergency vehicle, 9:18 p.m.

William C. Young, 44, of Eagletown, Okla., was charged on a extraditable hold, 6:09 p.m.

Kyle Hinds, 35, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 3:08 a.m.

John S. Harker, 29, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, 10:42 a.m.

Marco Serrano-Huertas, 29, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny, 6:45 p.m.
