Thursday, Dec. 7

Audley Willocks, 52, of Hartford, was charged with violating a standing criminal protective order and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:45 a.m.

Todd A. Chappel, 50, of New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 10:45 a.m.

Yolimar Martin-Cruz, 23, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:30 p.m.

Ebony M. Evans, 32, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 8:56 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 13

James L. Dina, 81, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree negligent hunting and interfering with an officer, 12:35 p.m.
