Yolimar Martin-Cruz, 23, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:30 p.m.

Brittany N. Myers, 28, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:04 p.m.

Nia A. Myers, 23, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:04 p.m.

Jorge Martinez, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:47 a.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 12

Zachary B. Plourde, 23, of Windham, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:29 p.m.

Jessie A. Counos, 37, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 7:04 p.m.

Ebony M. Evans, 32, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 8:56 p.m.
