Andre J. Jorden, 26, of East Hartford, was charged with first-degree larceny, second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility, improper use of marker and operating without a license, 11:00 a.m.

Monday, Dec. 12

Robert T. Carbone, 35, of Guilford, was charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

Saturday, Dec. 17

Ciera Knight, 29, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:39 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 18

Denise Okane, 62, of East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and improper turn, 1:18 a.m.

Sheena Smith, 38, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 2:05 a.m.

John P. Grabowski, 28, of Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:39 p.m.
