Corey D. Turner, 26, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace (two counts), 6:09 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 10

Dalvin R. Roberts, 26, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:34 p.m.

Marcus I. Ramirez, 37, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with organized retail theft, conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, 5:50 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 11

Domenic E. Altieri, 44, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 1:55 a.m.
