Friday, Feb. 10

Tyreese V. Rubio-Beaulieu, 22, of South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:45 a.m.

Annellie M. Reed, 54, of East Hampton, was charged with operating under the influence and driving the wrong way on a divided highway, 12:13 a.m.

David J. Leclair, 43, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:42 a.m.

Cody P. Mousseau, 29, of Coventry, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signals and drinking while driving, 10:47 p.m.
