Luis A. Rodriguez, 51, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, 9:56 a.m.

Dezmond A. Bonds, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with first-degree forgery, 10:30 a.m.

Jason W. Nardini, 50, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and violating conditions of release, 2:52 p.m.
