Tuesday, Feb. 28

Michael R. Palmer, 48, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, 9:53 a.m.

Wednesday, March 1

Daneal P. Austin-McGee, 33, of Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment, 5:46 p.m.

Friday, March 3

Kiran J. Patel, 56, of Oklahoma City, Okla., was charged with operating under the influence, 7:21 a.m.

Robert M. Gagnon, 48, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order (two counts), 9:24 p.m.
