Sunday, Jan. 16

Jacob Thomas, 46, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release, 4:00 a.m.

James G. Lowderback, 68, of Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, 3:42 p.m.
