Syedjahanzeb Bukhari, 37, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order, 9:05 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 21

Stacy B. Maturo, 48, of Weatogue, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:40 a.m.

Cesar A. Garcia-Cora, 33, of Hartford, was charged with transporting a child aged 2-5 without child safety seat/restraint, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, failure to display license plate and operating without minimum insurance, 5:51 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 22

Robert J. Netupski, 40, of Columbia, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass (three counts) and fifth-degree larceny (three counts), 10:24 a.m.

Sunil R. Bhatt, 66, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, 4:32 p.m.
