London T. Jones, 48, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (five counts), 9:35 a.m.

Thursday, Jan. 27

Angel L. Rivera, 20, of East Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of license plate, operating without a license and failure to insure motor vehicle, 7:41 a.m.

Friday, Jan. 28

Jermaine I. Smith, 34, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:10 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 31

Jorwill W. Claudio, 20, of New Britain, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 4:35 a.m.
