Trent Dance, 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with organized retail theft, conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 2:19 p.m.

Samantha T. Kielasinski, 30, of Vernon, was charged with violation of a protective order, 2:20 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 4

Shawn H. Williams, 41, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check (two counts), 8:32 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 11

Alexander M. Dziuba, 46, of South Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree burglary, 12:29 a.m.
