Friday, Jan. 27

Stephanie M. Colon, 31, of East Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, 8:53 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

Anthony R. Lacafta, 35, of Middletown, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and second-degree forgery, 1:35 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 9

Glenn R. London, 37, of New haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 11:45 a.m.
