John K. Mackie, 59, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a standing criminal restraining order (two counts) and second-segree threatening, 7:11 p.m.

Michael R. Gagnon, 47, of South Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order (two counts), second-degree breach of peace, violating conditions of release and violation of a protective order (two counts), 10:44 a.m.
