Gentleman K. Bozeman, 60, of 209 Pleasant Valley Rd., South Windsor, was charged with sale of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), operating a drug factory and possession of cocaine with intent to sell, 6:53 p.m.

Monday, July 6

Kevin J. Minich, 43, of 48 Hillside Dr., Ellington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast, 5:44 p.m.
