Charles J. Fontanez, 42, of East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:30 p.m.

Tyler B. Newman, 35, of Vernon, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 9:55 a.m.

Omari K. Lewis, 23, of East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit home invasion, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, 3:49 a.m.

Sunday, July 17

Erasmo Dejejus-Olmos, 21, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree kidnapping, interfering with an officer, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 5:32 a.m.

Tuesday, July 19

John S. Harker, 28, of Manchester, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny, 10:54 a.m.
