Christian Mercado, 65, of 30 Wadsworth St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, 8:38 a.m.

Alrick Bartley, 18, of 25 Birdie Ln., East Hartford, was charged with illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 10:53 a.m.
