Michael A. Ortiz, 31, of 133 West St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer, 10:45 a.m.

Friday, July 23

Christian Mercado, 65, of 30 Wadsworth St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, 8:38 a.m.

Alrick Bartley, 18, of 25 Birdie Ln., East Hartford, was charged with illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 10:53 a.m.

Saturday, July 24

Nicholas J. Rosa, 20, of 775 Chapel Rd., South Windsor, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 8:11 p.m.
