Thursday, July 9

Henri W. Serkosky, 23, of 53 Park Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree assault (two counts), 1:30 p.m.

Cynthia S. Brooks, 63, of 202 South Main St., East Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny (two counts), sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and third-degree forgery (five counts), 2:07 p.m.

Tuesday, July 14

Cynthia E. Montanez, 33, of 7 Willow St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with falsely reporting a motor vehicle theft, making a false statement and interfering with an officer, 8:00 a.m.

Wednesday, July 15

Michael J. Balesano, 36, of 21 Farmstead Dr., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and second-degree violating conditions of release, 3:38 p.m.
