Friday, June 12

Samuel L. Castillo, 37, of 607 Spring Meadow Rd., South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury and second-degree breach of peace, 2:20 p.m.

Saturday, June 13

Christian D. Bernadel, 23, of 18 Parsell Ln., Westport, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, operating under suspension and improper rear/marker lamps, 2:04 a.m.

Sunday, June 14

John T. Murawski, 63, of 20 Plum Ln., South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 10:05 p.m.
