Dylan Babbitt, 25, of Wethersfield, was charged with operating under the influence and driving the wrong way on a divided highway, 1:30 a.m.

Tuesday, June 20

Rafael Aquino-Almonte, 39, of Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt to commit first-degree larceny, second-degree threatening, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 6:39 p.m.

Thursday, June 22

Raven S. Hardy, 32, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, 2:19 p.m.

Saturday, June 24

Tashon T. Wallace, 27, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:24 a.m.

Richard Guernsey, 32, of Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence, 3:04 a.m.
