Samantha Boyko, 34, of 160 Buena Vista Ave., Newington, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 1:31 p.m.

Richard D. LaFleur, 46, of 27 Cinnamon Springs, South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace, 6:04 p.m.

Monday, June 29

Sandro F. Hidalgo-Vasquez, 24, of 4314 Durham Ave., North Bergen, N.J., was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, 6:54 a.m.

Sarah M. Esse, 19, of 102 Faith Rd., Newington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:13 p.m.

Tuesday, June 30

Eboni I. Gonzalez, 27, of 87 Chapel St., East Hartford, was charged with drinking while driving, 1:47 a.m.

Ryan A. Jones, 35, of 12 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 6:45 a.m.

Stacia L. Lanway, 43, of 271 Avery St., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree harassment, 7:46 a.m.

Mark E. Manning, 26, of 96 Pinnacle Rd., Ellington, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 4:44 p.m.
