Bryan R. Lopez, 35, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts) and third-degree larceny (two counts), 11:35 a.m.

Victor T. Stringer, 63, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 11:45 p.m.
